Low Voltage Technician

We are seeking a full-time / part time Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in alarm installation and programming also data and voice installations, have a strong overall understanding of networking, and be able to create detailed technical drawings in a timely fashion. A successful candidate will also have the ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise field service workers.
• Install and maintain electrical control systems for machinery and equipment.
• Schedule and attend meetings with customers to determine schedule for repair work.
• Analyze and evaluate customer requests to determine cost-effective options for repairs and installation of new electrical control systems.
• Test and repair electrical control systems.
• Conduct training with employees on the operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical control systems.
• Work under pressure to complete job tasks by the deadlines set by supervisor or customer.
