IT Field Technician

CEFCO is looking for an IT Field Tech to provide IT support to our store locations in Florida and Alabama! No two days are ever the same, and our Techs play an essential role in CEFCO’s mission to serve our customers by providing top-notch IT expertise and outstanding customer service. If you like to troubleshoot hardware, solve complex problems, and build strong relationships, this is the role for you. Our IT Field Techs are self-motivated with excellent time management skills, and a can-do attitude.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ recent IT experience, advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products, working knowledge of retail hardware and software including POS, recent experience working with non-technical individuals, and excellent customer service skills. This position requires hours of windshield time, ability to be on-call, and work weekends. Candidates must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs., have a clean driving record, and pass a background investigation.
